El staff estuvo increíble, desafortunadamente hubo una tormenta en la cual el staff nos auxilió y hizo todos los arreglos para que estuviéramos seguros.

En específico hay una señora de lentes en recepción mal encarada, cero empatía hacia el huésped, se te pierde la tarjeta de la habitación y CUIDADO! 200 pesos, servicio en restaurante muy lento! Las habitaciones tienen un precio como de hotel de buena categoría y está muy limitado, rollos de papel de baño, jabón p manos, toallas con duda de utilizar muy viejas y… las instalaciones bonitas pero le resta mucho el servicio del personal…
