"The room was big enough and with good amenities but it does not have good insoltaion. The hotel is close to a very noisy street and you can hear almost every noise coming from the outside. I reall could not rest. Another thing that annoyed me was that I recevied an emal the day before my stay threatening me that the reserve would be cancelled and that I needed to get in touch with the hotel (even when I indicated that I would be paying at my arrival when I made the reservation). When I called to the hotel they told me I needed to pay for the room immediately if I wanted to keep my reservation. I never had any experience like this before and it added unnecesary stress to my trip."

"While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests. Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel. "
