“From the time we got there we was having probleming flashing the toilet and it got worst as the time when by . We went out for the day and came back to light flckering ,gate not opening ,and the other gate was locked and we had no keys to open the gate . The bedroom door got lock no keys to open the door. We were expecting to call every time something went wrong. They have to do better when ppl are paying their money for a place to stay. ”

“We had a nice stay, the property manager was very nice and helpful. She even accommodated us with an early check in, as our ferry arrived in the morning. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was super cozy. It was a perfect stay for 2. We especially enjoyed the pool. Good location for those with a vehicle, and parking was secured via remote gate. Only thing missing was perhaps some salt and pepper in the kitchen and soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, but we brought...

“The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.”

“Location of the apartments did not correspond to advertised. They advertised central part of Scarborough in 0.1 mile from Botanical gardens. Really they are not in Scarborough. The apartments are located in residential area 10 miles from downtown. No attractions, food, shopping or beaches were in walking distance. Even for dinner we needed to call taxi. The phone number provided by the apartments at booking was disconnected. We needed to call to hotels.com for assistance. The key from the door...
