โThe owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. โ
โWent for a couple nights between September 28th and 30th and would definitely be back. The service from the staff was excellent and the food was great each night. Did the all inclusive package and it was more than worth the cost.โ
โI booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....
โI liked having a pool and it was located across the street from The Magdalena Grand Golf Course and Hotel where my family was staying.
I took a video but it does not allow video uploads so this is the only two screenshots I was not able to get from it. But all the pictures posted on their website are exactly the same. Ronald was very pleasant and provided necessities I needed like an iron and ironing board. The bed was very comfortable, I would definitely stay there again beach is close by but...
โThis spot is the ideal place for a quick getaway. The self contained apartment comes pristinely clean and well equipped with all necessary items ( pots, pans, towels, fan and a tv). The pool area is very good and has pool toys available. Overall I had a great stay and I will be back!โ
