โI booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

โThis hotel is one of the best in Tobago, modern and new. The food at the resturant was great and the staff is very friendly. The rooftop pool area was excellent and there is also an outdoor bar. โ
โOur stay at the Grafton Beach Resort was great! Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and views were breathtaking. Wi-Fi was spotty at times but they tell you that upon checking in and it got better during our stay.โ
โThe place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didnโt confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place โ

Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.โ
โThe owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. โ

โMy new favourite spot! If you're on a low budget, you probably cannot find a better place to stay! The place is clean and comfortable being airโconditioned and you have a good kitchen available. Buccoo beach is just 3 minutes away by car and there's a convenient store 3-5 minutes walking distance. The airport and ferry port are both about 15 minutes away. The host/owner was hospitable and quite warm. โ

โWe loved it here! The location is perfect, less then 1 minute from the beach - and the local minimarked, reataurants and small shops are practically next door.
