“Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was great (local selections) and the staff were friendly and professional. There is a warm water wading pool and swim up bar, which my husband and I enjoyed. It is a bit far from the night life in Crown Point, but nowhere is truly far in Tobago. The room was clean and we had a partial view of the ocean, even though we did not book an ocean view room. “The hotel was clean. Breakfast and dinner very good. Excellent staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Lovely location. ”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....
