“After reading many reviews before booking, I hope this helps the next person looking to book. The property is wonderful, anyone to complain truly that’s disappointing. Rooms were spacious, clean and above average for a typical room. The pool is absolutely wonderful and open 24 hours. Waves & Seahorse restaurant is basically on the property and are two fantastic choices. The beach is a solid beach. We were there Sun-Tues and it was very quiet, the swim up bar was open on Sunday until 6 but...

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“Loved how clean and simple and functional everything was in the Villa. The beach access is perfect for our small family. Kids loved the pool. We were looking forward to kayaking and unfortunately the kayaks were all broken so we could not do that. Hopefully they will fix them up or get some new kayaks soon.”

“This is our 4th time at Starfish. Each time it gets better in some areas. Customer service mainly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating esp in the dining room and front desk. WiFi did not work in the room only in the common areas. My husband and I love playing pool, please starfish fix the pool table or buy a new one! It is ridiculous trying to play pool on it. It’s about to fall over. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping comes in daily. The food on a whole was good...

“Bar servers Kenis and Sheniqua (excuse error in name spelling) was exceptional, friendly, accommodating and made my self and my Fiance feel extremely welcomed. Hotel staff was very accommodating. The food 10/10, highly recommended, would be re-visiting for our anniversary. ”
