“Clean room amazing staff and breakfast Just need upgrading ”

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“My husband and I stayed for 10 nights. Absolutely enjoyed! Met a lot of nice people, from Trinidad and Tobago. We were there over Easter weekend, and school holidays. Oceanfront, all rooms! Location is the best, turtle beach. Saw a turtle dropping her eggs on the beach ! This is a 3*, but the staff definitely add a star. “I had a great stay. The room was nice, the ceiling fan was much appreciated. With the sliding door open ac was not needed. The staff was very pleasant. Parking was no problem at all. Access to the beach was very easy and help ed to make the overall stay most enjoyable.”

“No Shower gel and TV placed in awkward position.”

“Everything was perfect except for the dinner menus. More Caribbean options could be offered. We had to venture out to find more Caribbean foods. I would return and would recommend to anyone who wants some relaxation without leaving the Inn.”
