"This is a basic hotel that provides all the necessities at a reasonable price. The rooms are small but there is enough space for a normal amount of luggage. The mattress is very firm and the pillows were flat so i wouldn't say it was my most comfortable sleep. The building is very quiet which is a plus. "This hotel, as its name implies, exudes a unique style. The minimalist interior boasts an open-plan bedroom and a spacious living room area. Conveniently situated just a 15-minute walk from Nagoya Station, it offers a comfortable stay. The powder room is elegantly arranged outside the bathroom and toilet. Although it’s marketed as a ‘business hotel’ product of Japan Airline’s Hotel eco system, it never feels that way. Instead, it exudes a sense of beauty and elegance."

"It's a huge hotel that seems to be the center of business meetings and social events, but when you are in your room, it is as quiet as you want to be, perfect for a nice long awaited sleep time. Very nice decoration. Very polite staff. Amenities were great. And the view was perfect, besides you get the sunrise before 5am and you feel the need to take pictures of the sum rising over Nagoya from a 47th floor."

"This hotel occupies the top floors of an office tower and provided me a grand luxurious first impression. My family appreciated an early check in (subject to room availability) and the staff’s friendliness during our stay. The room itself had a wonderful view of the city and the beds were clean and comfortable. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch - much better than the typical drip machine in other hotels. The orientation and placement of the sink in our Superior Triple Room was a bit odd though - it overlooks the sleeping area and provides little counter space for toiletries. Speaking of toiletries, I was hoping that body lotion would be provided at this class of a hotel. Half a star deducted for our specific room that had a large and very apparent black marker stain/ smear on the wall beside the sink that should have been flagged and repaired. Hotel location is great as it’s connected to a subway station via a bridge and there are other transit, shopping and dining options nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend."
