"We stayed for 4 nights w/ my family. Room was spacious considering its is 1 block away from Nagoya Station. There were plenty of restaurants & shops to choose from. How central location makes big difference. Easy access to JR, bus station & 7 min walk to Shinkansen. Rooms are clean. Like the fact that guest can keep track of how much time left in laundry on TV- very handy. We only used housekeeping service once but that when issue occurred. In our past hotel stay at other Daiwa hotel, housekeeping never touched guest's belongings/bedsheets; however, Daiwa Nagoya housekeeping threw away my shampoo packet that was sitting beside sink and my pillowcase that I bought from home. Concierge staff was very apologetic. They went to buy my shampoo back. As for my pillowcase, it was found several days latee but I have returned to my country. They have offered refund but I declined and opted them to mail it back.
Service is phenomenal and we will stay here again. And will stay at future Daiwa Roynet branches."
