"Absolutely loved having a washer/dryer in the room. Huge selling point. The location was close to good food options and multiple train stations. Tokyo Dome is a short walk away. We went to a baseball game at Tokyo Dome, and it was nice to not have to get on the crowded train with everyone after the game. My dad has mobility issues, so the big step up to get into the bathroom was a bit difficult. The bathrooms could use some mold remediation as well. We made sure to do our part by not closing the bathroom door when showering, and to circulate the air. Other than that, the room seemed clean. It came with cups, mugs, dishes, a knife, and cookware, as well as a sponge and dish soap. The fridge was small but served its purpose. The staff was extremely friendly and overwhelmingly helpful. We inquired about wheelchair rentals in the area, and they had one in their back room for us to use, free of charge, for our entire stay. They were all very friendly, always bowing, and smiling whenever we walked into the hotel. Made us feel special. We never tried the breakfast, but the free coffee was great. "

Rooms are compact but well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and efficient. A solid choice for a comfortable stay in Tokyo."

"Hotel location was convenient as we attended a baseball game at Tokyo Dome. Nearby train station also made it easy to explore the rest of Tokyo. There's a Lawson's within the hotel which made it nice for late night snacks. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice with lots of choices. Room was a little small but big compared to others I have seen. "
