“It's a beautiful place in a beautiful village. Walking distance from the lake and local marketplace. Great fresh local food everywhere and ferrys or private boat rides to other villages. Inside parking and terrace is a plus.”

“This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h”

“El autobús del aeropuerto se retrasó por el festival del lago Atitlán, y el dueño del hotel condujo a toda velocidad hasta el aeropuerto de Ciudad de Guatemala, a cuatro horas de distancia. Gracias, se lo agradezco.”

“Hotel/family house located in a safe area, however it was very difficult to find at the very beginning. The house is in an inner space, where guests have to walk through a narrow hall between two other houses. The is a sign on the light pole in the main street, however hard to be seen Juana was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.”

“What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!”
