โNice location easy to move around. Very friendly staff and nice swimming pool and spa but breakfast and internet connection service should be improved. Club lounge is nicely staffed but the food is so so. โ

O hotel fica a curta distรขncia de uma estaรงรฃo de metro, ao lado de varias lojas de conveniรชncia e alguns restaurantesโ
โit is a little hard to find, and deep inside the residential area, but it is a real Beijing experience with all the local food places just steps away! Also the staffs are very friendly, they even followed up with us to make sure we didn't leave anything unintentionally after checking out. โ
"Except for a few front desk staff, I hardly found any employees who could communicate in English. The staff's appearance was not particularly neat. The room temperature was set to 29ยฐC, making it uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but it didnโt work, so I couldn't adjust the temperature. It was quite different from Pan Pacific in Singapore, so keep this in mind when booking your stay.
