The upper latch on my room door was not aligned and did not work as intended. It appeared to be an easy fix. I called down to the front desk twice right after checking in with no answer, so I walked down (to an empty lobby) and there was one employee working. Not amenable for travelers who get up in the night if traveling with others. Front desk staff was efficient. "
