Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was great - waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, and juices. Didn't have a chance to use the gym or pool since it was a quick overnight. Pool looked nice. Didnt peek into the gym.

Not impressed. No in room coffee pot. Floor in front of refrigerator was filthy where it had drained all over floor and was not cleaned. Toilet paper holder came from yard sale and broken. Paint was all over trim in bathroom. Dumb bell holding door open for elevator and mop propped up again doorway of elevator. Sliding front door did not open. You have to pull open to enter hotel. I will never stay there again

We did not stay in this hotel. I tried to get a cancellation for our stay but because it didn’t meet the 24hr rule we had to lose money. Our family was not comfortable staying at this hotel once we arrived. The front desk person “Ted” was not helpful and was not the most friendly individual.

Hotel in general felt neglected. Broken ceiling tiles, doors to rooms don’t shut completely- leaving gaps and the first one we were assigned could be opened by pushing hard. Lots of repairs needed. Mattress was not too comfortable- could feel the ridges and springs. But, staff were kind and rooms were clean. Hotel could use better insulation as well- road noise was very audible from inside the rooms.

The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned from the previous customer, the bed was horrible, as soon as you laid in it if made you roll to the middle. The free breakfast was below average with the hotel clerk even saying to us that her husbands credit card was declined for their Walmart order of supplies.

Bathroom door was broken when i got there since maintenance put in the wrong shower curtain that sticks way out and door will barely pass the toilet and has been banged against it a 100 times. Looked as if someone had kicked the door in and they want to charge me a 100 dollars for something that has been that way for a VERY long time. I DO maintenance for over 20 yrs now. That door wouldnt be that way after one night. I will be filing a complaint to corporate and the bbb unless this is figured out. Never will i stay at this place again. Toilet had mold growing in it. Shower drain leaks looked as if it wasnt cleaned. Hair all over the place. Cleaning staff also just entered my room when i wasnt there. This place is a joke

The only thing good was the young man at the front desk was nice. We were greeted in the hallway on our way to our room by a crackhead that asked us if we smoke. The room was so small. The bathroom door would not shut because it was so water damaged. The heater was blowing cold are set at 80° in January. Was booked for 2 nights, only stayed one due to the conditions. Will never stay here again nor recommend. Facility says updated. Poorly done. Look up in the grid over microwave , poor electric work.
