We were looking for a low cost, no frills room for the night and that describes this facility. This is an old Red Roof Inn that is minimally maintained. With that said, the room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. If you're only needing a place to spend the night stay, this place will suffice. They offer a minimalist continental breakfast, essentially cereal only, but as I said, if you only need an inexpensive overnight accomodations this facility will suffice, but beware, it is barely a 2 star facility.

Wifi was not working half the time. Our door would not say locked. Also, an outside door to the back of the hotel never was locked in spite of looking like it had a car reader. Several outlets in the room did not work, there were dust bunnies on the floor, and my wife killed a cockroach. However, the beds were comfortable, the shower was fine, and hot water was adequate.

We were here on the coldest days of the week but the heater worked pretty good. Kept us toasty. Not much shopping areas close. Not much of a good place to sit down and eat. The room was clean but it did have some chipping in the bath tub. We had our granddaughter and she likes baths but had to take a shower instead because of the chipping but at least she was clean. This place was alright.

The staff was very friendly. My initial room, a lot of the lights didn't work, the bathtub enamel was flacking off in chunks and the bathtub facet was constantly dripping water. Upon bringing these issues up the the front desk, he was able to provide us with another room. The back side door that has a key access, wasn't working, so it was unlock, so just anyone could have walked in. There were some mattresses and bed frames just lying around in a grassy area.

Great value

This is a great place for the value… Front desk was nice enough & were clean. We were very pleased with our stay. I was apprehensive from the reviews… But I'm glad we decided to book the red roof. I would definitely book again.

More than a bargain

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Very helpful and friendly. Pretty clean for an inexpensive hotel. (Probably should vacuum the space between the mattress and the headboard.) I would definitely stay again.

The first positive about this stay was the check-in. We arrived at 1 a.m. and had no issues checking in. The gentleman at the desk was nice and quickly got us to our room. The second positive was the shower water was hot and had good water pressure. However, there was a cockroach our room when we turned the light on. The bed was hard, and uncomfortable. I can sleep on just about anything but this was an old spring matress that needs to be thrown away. I went down for the continental breakfast (that was supposed to end at 10) at 8:40 and there was nothing. Everything had already been put away I guess. You could smell it but nothing in sight. Then I remembered the roach and decided I probably didn't want to eat there anyway. Looks like either they just purchased the old red roof inn and haven't gotten it fixed up yet, OR they don't intend to because all signs still carry that name, except a temporary sign hanging on the outside of the building. I've seen worse, but this was advertised as much better than it is.

The good: Spacious room Very clean Smells clean Fridge in room Close to everything Very quiet In the building Huge bathtub we are all tall and could lay down and relax The strange : Only a few channels actually had sound on the TV You only got one washcloth per room (we stayed during the rodeo and deff needed showers) The beds are very old and firm, not the most comfortable but not horrible Not a high end luxury hotel but was very clean and great to stay in

It wasn’t horrible but the room could have used some more cleaning the floor was dirty, the blankets had some stains, the pillow cases had long strands of hair on them..the room smelled bad..just bought some air freshener and my own blanket..but it was cheap and served it’s purpose and the only staff I encountered was the check in clerk and he was very friendly.

Should have been less expensive

Musty smell. Bathroom door that would not close. … Bedding and bed that seen much use. On the plus side I picked this lodging in a small town because I feel safer. No sense that my car might be broken into. Quite a bit of space to walk my dog.

Awesome staff, not so awesome room!

The staff was amazing, however our room was defiantly not what we had expected. The bathtub and big paint chips, one of the railings in the bathtub was broke, the shower curtain had not looked like it had been cleaned. The floors throughout hadn't looked they had been cleaned, dead bugs smashed in, dirt build up in the corners, the socket by the sink was loose and had a hard time getting my blower dryer to come on, which I am glad I brought mine as the room did not include one. My youngest daughter found hair in her bed. Was really expecting a lot nicer rooms, but for the price I guess it is what is to be expected.
