“Mattress was TERRIBLE NO support at all. Two people rolled together to the middle. Supposed to be 2 queens but didn’t feel like a queen size. They Only do housekeeping every other day including trash removal, make up bed, replenish with fresh towels etc. Staff was not very welcoming at check in. He just stood there twirling his hair. “You have to park with the valet which is a short walk to the front desk. HOWEVER, they have luggage carts available for free and the parking is free if your staying at the hotel. Just to note...we were driving from KC to Maine and back....we liked the hotel next to the casino.”
