"The pools were very clean my kids loved the two lazy rivers and they had an indoor and out side one They also have a kid splash area and another indoor pool two hot tubs and easy access to room and beach we will def go back again"

"Had a very nice day at the hotel. It was quiet the rooms were clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and eating it by the pool or by the pond in the back. Plenty of wildlife around and close to the beach and Broadway on the beach. I was there too is it a family member but I also made time for myself as well. Nice day would definitely come back. Love the 24-hour free coffee as well 😁"

"Our room was good and clean however one of the elevators was out and the other was sooo slow because we were given a top floor (8th floor) room. Wasted so much time waiting on the elevator. Also the indoor pool was supposed to be heated but it was ice cold. Other guests we talked too also were upset about the pool. I told the front desk and they had maintenance shock it and try to fix the heater but it didn't work. I purposely picked this hotel because they are pet friendly and had an indoor heated pool. Felt really let down about the pool. Would not have stayed here if we would have known about the pool."
