โEverything was perfect except the initial check in. I travel a LOT for work and had saved rewards to pay for hotels while traveling to vacation destination. Upon checking the gentleman told me to slide my card to pay and when I told him it was already paid for he wasnโt having it nor did he want to look into it when I was trying to explain. Thankfully the young lady sitting there took over and showed him how to process. โ
โStaff was great! They recently had a remodel and did away with carpet which is a plus. However, you could tell that they rushed a few things, ie outlet covers missing and fixtures in bathroom with a gap for ceiling and plate cover. Cleanliness was excellent and staff extremely friendly which is a priority. They were also able to get me an early check in which I really appreciated. โ
