Excellent room (very large) for very reasonable price. All the things you need are there (Coffee shop, three restaurants, a bar, pool, whirlpool, soa and fitness center to start. Front desk could have been friendlier.

Room size was great. Amenities are awesome, loved the gym and spa. If you download the app you can text the front desk if you need anything. I was able to get a microwave and a robe which was much appreciated since I was there for the week. Front desk staff and housekeeping provided excellent customer service. The variety of restaurants were all great. My only small complaint (which is of no fault of the hotel) is that you can hear the planes flying overhead from the airport. Other than that my stay was perfect and I would go back again for sure.

The hotel itself is great! Room service was very easy. Great place to stay when you get stuck in Toronto in the winter time :). The reason for a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that there was a used Qtip in my room (they didn't check the corners of the room). I would stay here again. Mistakes happen. The room was spotless otherwise! Rooms are very spacious.
