The room was clean and checkin was easy and prompt. The furnishings and room are exactly what you’d expect from a HIE. However, the inc breakfast was not what I have experienced before. Hot dog wieners for meat, all the juices empty and coffee/cream were not tended to. Sadly, there was a kids hockey group, and they acted as expected. Loud, 30 people crowding the hall and kids running in and out of rooms past midnight. Not in the hotels control, but maybe ensuring these groups are limited to one floor and isolating other guests would be a good policy to have.

The property has been updated but unfortunately shows a lot of abuse. We found an empty condom wrapper in our room which definitely shows the room was not properly cleaned. The room itself was pretty dirty. Breakfast was terrible, limited portions of everything and not very many options.
