Typical 2 bedroom condo, served our needs well. I wouldn't call it "luxurious" though. Pay attention to the added fees and not just the 'per night' fee for the true cost.
Verdict: Given the choice, we would stay here again.
The unit has a full kitchen and also includes toaster, kettle and coffee machine, washer and dryer, two beds, two inflatable beds and a convertible couch. We were able to fit one of the inflatable beds into a bedroom and sleep 3 kids in one room.
At the time we stayed, the unit itself had some wear and tear on it. Scuffs on the wall, the kitchen faucet needs some work, the window coverings took some damage, some of the furniture looks well used. Overall this did not affect us too much. The owners quickly resolved our issue with blinds for one room explaining new blinds were on order.
The unit includes all the basic stuff you need but not really much beyond that. The silverware was mixed but no big deal. There are enough dishes and cooking accessories (pots, pans, knives, etc).
We did not use the gym but did use the pool. The pool is about 1 m deep max which is good for splashing around, especially for younger kids.
the biggest hassle is entry to the building. The only way in without keys and fobs is to buzz the concierge at several points and request access. We were provided with one key and one fob. This complicates things if more than one person or group needs to come and go at different times or if someone is meeting you there.
