My daughter and I had a great stay. The rooms are small but nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was pretty quiet even though we were next to the elevator. My only complaint would be that the room was very bright even with the blackout curtains but nothing a sleep mask couldn’t fix. However, what stood out the most was the employees. Everyone that we encountered at Mount Alverno was so friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we were had whatever we needed fo our stay. It made our entire weekend enjoyable. Thank you to everyone.

The room was a little small but it was clean and updated. Toilets are very low. Didn’t know how to use the phone no instructions in the room. They should have local channels on the TV not just Netflix, Disney Channel etc.

The rooms are newly renovated, modern & open concept. Bed, Linen and Pillows are very good quality, Staff is very courteous. Breakfast was included in our rate and was excellent. Very quiet retreat, great place to unwind. Quality of room, bed and linen is comparable a Fairmont property.

Probably the best resort I have been. From clean property, quiet environment, friendly staff. Elegant hallway and we were surprised how fancy the bathroom and our room in general looks like. Not spacious because we had two king beds but overall we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back! The bed was so comfy wish we could stay one more night.
