Check-in and checkout was super smooth, and most of all the correspondence with the hotel was lovely. They were always so willing and quick to help out in whatever inquiry I had which helped a lot. The location is very convenient and the room was clean, easy to use and I enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend and next time if I go back to Toronto will stay here again.
Great location, communication was awesome and the staff were really friendly.
Would definitely stay here again, especially with amazing pizza and coffee across the road.
Fantastic stay at Nester Finn, the superior loft was fantastic, i would have loved to stay for a much longer time.
The staff was incredibly friendly a accommodating and couldnt do enough for you. I would definitely stay again!
Great location, lovely room with lots of storage, coffee, mini fridge but there's no microwave. The bathroom is not the most accessible if you have low mobility as the tub I had was a bit high to get into but other than that I enjoyed my stay.
If you are sensitive to noise at night, this probably isn't the place for you. The windows didn't provide any sound insulation to the street noise. The area is busy with road noise and night life at the weekend. We aren't normally sensitive to noise but we didn't sleep much for the first few nights.
There were a few other issues, but the staff were really helpful where they could.
Note, they only clean the room once and charge for anything after that.
Room had a strong smell of cleaning products upon arrival, almost nauseating. Bathroom layout is quite odd and not private. Good location, friendly staff
It was perfect! The room was clean and nice, had everything we needed. The bedding was comfortable and toiletries lasted a week. It was spacious and with lots of natural light, and the lamps were perfect too. Really liked the two full length mirrors! Wished the shower had a detachable head, but it was fine otherwise. The h/c system was easy to use and temps matched the numbers which was great! We liked the security system, we felt safe and the customized codes were a great idea! We aslo loved the location, it's close to almost everything, sightseeing and food! Loved the lockers they provide, they had different sizes and were easy to lock. The staff were awesome, very friendly and helpful! We loved our stay and will definitely book at Nester again :)

I had a great stay at their St. Lawrence Market location so decided to try this one. This was a swankier experience and the staff told me it’s where Drake shot his Views from the Six album cover! (The one with the balcony). Moustafa really saved the day when I lost my charger and the whole team was so helpful. I loved that there’s no waiting in line. Register online, get my code, straight to vacation mode from there. Amazing location, A+ overall. Thank you Team Nester!

The room was very clean! I had issues with my registrations which I am still not sure why amor if it was on my end but the staff were fantastic when I was in contact with them. The access was easy and the staff were kind and accommodating. This was a first time at a self serve hotel and it was neat. The rooms was spacious and modern but a little too much so for our personal preference. We prefer a door to sperate the bathroom space and found the toilet in a "glass booth" interesting. All in all is was a great stay, with a comfy bed. Amanda said hit her ankle in the low floating frame but that's not your fault. The end is a little low which could be a deterrent to some. All in all staff and location made it all a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.
