Honestly, I cannot praise this place enough! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the room itself was spotless with incredible views. It genuinely felt like I was the very first person to stay in the room, everything was so clean, fresh, and perfectly maintained. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single person at the front desk was so kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. I especially remember Tenaya/Teyana, who was absolutely amazing, but I honestly wish I had asked for everyone’s names because they all deserved to be recognised for how wonderful they were. They truly made the whole experience feel special. This was easily one of the best stays I have had, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again!

We had an excellent stay — clean room, easy parking, and very helpful staff. We especially appreciated having the kitchen and separate TV/living space during our stay. We stayed in the Superior Apartment, 1 Queen Bed with Sofa Bed, Balcony. The only negative was that the room felt a bit tighter/more cramped than we expected, which wasn’t really apparent from the photos. I think part of it was the layout — the couch was positioned very close to the balcony steps, and there was also a somewhat unusual glass door between the TV area and bedroom that didn’t open, which made the space feel a little awkward.

I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away.

My stay at Nester Finn in Toronto was nothing short of exceptional. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished with stylish décor that made it feel both comfortable and upscale. The location couldn’t have been better—we were attending an event at Enercare, and it was so convenient getting there. Plus, being close to Ossington meant we had endless amazing restaurant options just minutes away. What truly made the experience stand out was the service. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It made a huge difference and added a personal touch you don’t always find. Nester Finn is especially ideal for longer stays. Having a full kitchen, a comfortable living room, plenty of storage, and even a walk-in closet made it feel like a home away from home rather than just a place to sleep. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended!

I called ahead of time regarding a note on potential noise from work in the building. I called ahead and was assured that there would be no construction noise if I booked and they would set me up on the 9th floor. I woke up to hammering on the wall next to me every morning and when I complained at the front desk I was told I would be sent something to address the issue and make it right. I was not sent or messaged anything. Essentially all expectations of this stay were a let down. Even though they listened well, they did not deliver on any of their assurances.
