Overall, we are satisfied for our 4 night stay. Nice property, good location, access to grocery and street car. Great to have laundry in the room. Gym is good, clean, not busy. Some bad parts: parking is not the best, used Toronto City Parking in a nearby neighbourhood. The price of the room is too high. The bathroom is poorly thought out - two showers, but only a single hook to hang your towel, absolutely 0 counter space, left clothes on the floor. There's no lock on the bathroom door. The main bedroom night stand is tiny, had to put things on the ground. And very few accessible outlets to plug in things. The train sounds are noticeable, both at night and morning. So many scooter delivery people on sidewalks and everywhere, dangerous when you have a toddler! Probably too much nitpicking, but for the price we paid, expected a bit more.
