Loved my stay. Nice, quiet and clean. Only thing is we tried asking for early check-in the day before but was told to call the morning of check-in (which is understandable), however, we called four separate times at different hours and nobody picked up the phone. We kept leaving voicemails and still no one called us back. Made it to the hotel at 1 and when we went in they said no rooms were available. Which was kind of an annoying inconvenience but other than that the staff were all great and tea was clean!

We originally booked another hotel. But when we read the bad reviews, we decided to book the Pan Pacific Toronto. It was in a convenient location with all the restaurants right across the street. The room was clean and the water pressure is soothing. They even made our bed when we were out during the day. Will come back again. The only thing I can think to complain is not enough lighting during the night in the room for us to do some work.

Room has balcony but sliding door was broken and doesn’t move. Room has telephone but it wasn’t work and any time you need something, you must go to reception and talk with them. Room#463 Most elevators was out of order and sometimes waiting time goes mere 10 minutes. Rooms carpet was really dirty.

It looks good on the surface, but not that great. They done some renovations but it attempts to cover a bigger problem. Bathroom had some cosmetics done but there was still rust, danaged door and wasn't very clean. Had to scrape something off the counter. Absolutely NO HOT WATER to shower or wash up. Had a meeting to attend and felt grungy. Several others were complaining at the front desk but it was falling on deaf ears because the receptionist said the manager was not in yet. Same with maintenance staff, no one was available. Landscape lights were broken, parking lot was a mass of pot holes. I would not go back there

The room was quite large, but the Light switch had broken off and the safe cannot be locked. The surrounding is beautiful, with trees and shrubs sloping into a ravine. Unfortunately, debris strewn around the parking lot - coffee cups, used napkins, empty food packages, and, near where we parked our car, a pair of pink underwear! The check in clerk will not allow anyone to check in before 3, resulting in a long line at 3, it is highly unlikely that all the rooms get cleaned exactly at 3.

Their rating is grossly exaggerated. Perimeter fence was broken, revolving entrance door was out of service. Parking was 'available', not included. Multiple stains on hallway carpet. Water damage from ceiling was not cleared for 2 days. Inside the room: bathtub had stain, and was very slippery, shower rod was bent down so much it looked like it could fall at any time, water turned cold multiple times. I could go on but I'm tired of reliving the bad experience.

The hotel is well located. The room I booked was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I loved the smart tv in the room. The staff is also welcoming and accommodating. The check-in / check-out process is fast.

At check in she didn’t value my vip status. She gave me one of the worst rooms in the hotel. The room was decorated mostly with brown color. Very dark and gloomy there was a bug in my room. Later that evening I called the front desk and asked for a better room. She mentioned that I have premier room package and I should had got a better room.The hotel is very old. The toilet needs a face lift, so old. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The only good thing was my 2nd room view of the city. Most of the staff were nice. Hated my stay. OLD & Depressing colors.

Overall average hotel. A bit dated and always waiting for elevators. The restaurant was good and good thing cause not a lot within walking distance. The valet guy was trying to convince me to give him $20 cash to get a special parking spot while the parking was included once I checked in.

The one thing that really is upsetting is that this hotel promotes balcony’s on the site but the doors are bolted shut and they tell you it’s a safety matter and you can’t open them. It was very hot in my room with 4 people total, and we put the AC on which was very loud because the vent was dirty and covered in dust. I also had to wait an hour after my check in time to get my room when I had expressed as well I was in town for an event and needed to be in my room asap considering I showed up for my check in time.

We had to change rooms two times. The first room had a chunk of someone’s hair on the curtain and the curtain was ripped and dirty. The second room had no air circulation and was so hot as their ac wouldn’t work. The last room which we didn’t bother even changing or calling in anymore had a large stain on the bottom of the bedsheet. The staff did their best to make it better for us by changing our rooms, extending our checkout time and waiving our parking fees but personally I wouldn’t come back again.
