Staff were great! Hotel needs an upgrade badly! Remove the old sofa from the front desk. Make the area more comfortable & welcoming. Hotel looks nothing like what’s online. It do have potential but needs an upgrade ASAP!

We arrived at noon, three hours before check in and were able to have our room immediately. Woman checking us in was very friendly and quick. Room was clean and cool. Breakfast is included and was very good, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, waffles, hash browns and juice. Definitely will return

The parking was free and lots of availability. The A/C worked great. The bed was not level , it felt like I was lying on a slope. The complimentary breakfast was great. Lots of amenities in this area, such as the casino, costco , gas stations, wonderland...etc.

Room was nice and a good place to stay for business trip. Included Breakfast is very good. My room had a bad AC unit which cause the room to be very warm. This is the first time this happened at this hotel of all time I used this hotel. Parking is a good advantage.

Not sure how this has a rating over a 7. This property is very old and dusty. The banquet hall is a storage area. The towels and bedding are dingy. There were stains on the walls, shower curtain, and carpet. This place needs an upgrade really bad. On the plus side, the water is hot, they have wifi, free parking and free breakfast. The staff was also very nice.

We attempted to stay at the Woodbine, but it was dated and the carpets smelled of mold/feet. I was very impressed with the staff, however, and hope that they can renovate the hotel and keep the excellent staff.

Older hotel; bed was ok. Temp control in room was challenging to operate/maintain. Continental breakfast is hot! Was surprised to have waffles, eggs & meats! Staff are very friendly and helpful to make stay as enjoyable as possible. Very reasonable price point for what the hotel is.

We stayed here years ago but this time it felt old & dated. Beds were comfortable - needs better ventilation in bathroom & air conditioning is like a loud fan. Parking is ample and excellent. Location is great. Breakfast was the the most disappointing experience- The lady clearly didn’t want to be there. Literally no plates or cups 1 hr before end. Only a little scrambled eggs - 4 pieces of white bread and a little bacon & sausage. Tea bags few. Enough waffle batter for 1/2 of 1 waffle - Very disappointing- no restock

A strong 4 stars, would give 4.5 if I had the choice. It is a hot breakfast with nice waffle maker, homefries, eggs, and bacon, not a continential breakfast which was a huge bonus. They had a lot of extra ammentities like a safe in the roo, lots of storage space, microwave, and full size ironing board. The place is a bit dated, but still feels fancy and nice. If you like older style places you will really enjoy this, if you enjoy modern hotels you are going to find this place old and probably will not enjoy it. It still had a TV with Netflix and USB ports, so they have mostly kept up to date. The only reason I would not put 5 stars is some of the staff were difficult to talk to and they did not have any regular cofee for the rooms (Did have some 24/7 in the breakfast room) and no conditioner. No deal breakers, but enough not to warrant a perfect 5 stars.
