โClose to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though itโs in the heart of downtown, itโs still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well.โ
โGreat location with a fabulous view. So convenient for our Toronto adventure and just steps away from Massey Hall. Host interactions were smooth and communications were supportive and helpful. Will be looking forward to another stay down the road. โ
โThe staff at SOHO were so lovely, we were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and they were extremely prompt and professional when assisting with a parking lot issue we experienced. Great stay!โ
โHighly recommend! Staff is very friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is walking distance to majority of restaurants, bars/clubs, and stores. If you do need to uber, itโs very affordable due to the short distance that needs to be driven!โ
โGot a great deal on a small room with a great bed in a new, fun, young hotel. A great option for exploring downtown. Restaurant wasnโt the best but service was good. Definitely book here againโ
"Everything was wonderful overall. However, Room 1410 had two issues in the bathroom.
First, the water in both the sink and the shower drained very slowly.
Second, the bathroom ventilation fan was covered in a thick layer of dust, which made me question the cleanliness standards of such an otherwise excellent hotel.
Aside from these concerns, everything else was great."
