“I found this hidden gem and I’m so glad I did. It’s the perfect mix of being in the country side but very convenient to Porto Cesareo. The staff were exceptional. I was worried about my inability to speak Italian but it was not a problem at all. The pool was beautiful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC was super. Breakfast was very regional and kid friendly. Dinner was always exquisite. Highly recommended!”

“Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!”

“This was an amazing spot to escape the hustle and bustle of Puglia. Although it is remarkably quiet it is not far from the civilisation. However the reason for coming is to be away from it all. And this place delivers fully. The staff are great. The set up is fabulous and the food lovely. Highly recommended”
