Horrible rats in the room had planned a 4 day stay only stayed 6 hours until dawn . Dogs barking throughout the 6 hour stay. Staff would not reimburse any portion of payment, incredibly unresponsive!! At checking clerk announced my room number to the whole lobby creating and even more scary experience.

El hotel no cuenta con elevador, así que batallamos para subir las maletas pesadas, publicidad engañosa ofrece desayuno bufete y es desayuno a la carta con muy pocas opciones, solo el domingo es desayuno bufete pero tiene costo extra, además abre tarde el restaurante el domingo y mucho más tarde el bufete, tuvimos que estar solicitando toallas de baño extra porque sólo dejaron 2 sabiendo qué la reservacion éramos 4, la alberca el agua super fría. Unas habitaciones tienen aire lavado y otras minisplit
