10/10 Excellent
"Our first room had an issue - the air conditioner was not working, and the room smelled a bit musty/mildewy as a result. There were also a few visible stains on the bedding. When I brought the concerns to Judy at the front desk, she was very apologetic and went to work getting us a different room. The only other room of the same configuration (we needed a room that could sleep 6) was occupied, so Judy put us in the extra large suite upstairs, which was very clean, overly spacious, and had a well-functioning A/C unit, for no additional charge. It was a great relief, as there were no other vacancies in town, and it made our one-night stay very enjoyable. THANKS AGAIN JUDY!!"

"This place was so wonderful! An oasis in the middle of nowhere and perfect for exploring Capitol Reef National Park. The grounds are tranquil and peaceful. The store is super convenient and well stocked. Truly felt like home. Do know, there is only minimal utensils in the kitchen and no stove or oven, just a microwave. The only thing I would add is a toaster oven instead of a toaster, or an induction hot plate. Otherwise it was perfect!"
