"The stay at the Hotel was excellent. The room and the hotel facilities were also excellent. Morning breakfast was good quality and varied with superb choice and plenty of seating. Customer service was excellent. Easy walk to Riva Del Garda by accessing a gate a the end of the grounds. Pool facilities good with a backdrop of wonderful mountain scenery with quick access to one of the restaurants next to the pool to buy drinks or ice cream etc to bring back to the pool."
"This is an older hotel with dated furniture and bathroom fixtures, etc., but it is clean, spacious, good value, and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to and from the train station with our luggage. The arena, castelvechhio, Piazza Bra, etc. are all in easy walking distance. The street that the hotel is located on has many restaurants and cafes on the way to the main attractions."
"This is a nice hotel in the center of the old town. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good but lacked a shelf to put products on. The refrigerator wasn't working but we were allowed to put some cold packs for medication at the restaurant across the way which also served us a nice breakfast. The management team was nice and helpful.
What they failed to do was inform us of the parking details before arrival. They have an agreement with Girolo parking who were very rude to us when we didn't have a code from the hotel for entry into the lot. I learned you cannot drive to the hotel and must be shuttled by golf cart from the lot. So after being turned away I had to telephone the hotel to get one and then had my bags thrown into the back of the cart like trash. The parking also was unavailable to pick us up for a return to the lot upon departure so we had to walk with our luggage.
This is a charming town but loses it's appeal being like Disneyland inundated with tourists. Cars are lined up down the street trying to find parking so it's a bit daunting. If you like gelato you'll be in heaven here. Mounds of it everywhere. There's a 25 minute boat tour that goes around the peninsula I'd suggest to get away from the crowds."
"Excellent location at walking distance to the Arena and many other interesting places; good restaurants all around the hotel. A convenient shopping street was also close by.
The staff was friendly and professional, very helpful and took care of the details.
The breakfast was great"
