"Avoid this apartment! When we arrived we noticed an odd smell outside the room that continued to worsen during our stay so much so that it seeped into our room in the middle of the night waking us up. It was so awful it was nauseating and in the morning as we exited the room we had to hold our breath. Absolutely foul. The hotel refused a request for a refund after this experience. Terrible stay, terrible customer service. Do not waste your time here."

"Communication wasn’t great. I didn’t get any checkin information and had to call for it the day of arrival. Was very difficult to get through and when I got through, they wouldn’t send me any information until the additional fee was paid. Room was very large and clean but very noisy upstairs. "

Very nice that everything is accessible with codes + luggage storage + great location + good communication - cold in the apartment (although we were told the temperature is set by Italian law and could not be increased) - faucet in kitchen was not working properly - it would be nice if small things such as salt, sugar and oil are provided in the apartment"

She communicated with me before my arrival and confirmed my transport from the airport. Throughout my stay she was readily available to assist with my plans. Would definitely recommend this place. "
