A little gem

Excellent and well run hotel in a quiet area within easy reach of the city centre. Superb buffet breakfast with a variety of foods to suit all tastes. Would recommend.

Salut Hotel de Brienne!

Everyone was most helpful at the Hotel and they helped us with some problems we had while staying there. They even contacted us afterwards to give us some extra information about a bag we had stolen in town. I loved their quirky rooms and little balconies.

Stayed for my Wife's 30th birthday and had an amazing time at Hotel de Brienne. Slept really well and junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, plenty of choice and all regularly topped up. Would definitely return!

A good hotel

This is a hotel that aims to be cool and current. It is in a convenient location, not too far from the main places of interest. The staff are very friendly and the neighbourhood is good. Our room was a little small, but perfectly organised. A good place to stay if you prefer being a little out of the very centre of Toulouse.

The suites are very inconsistent in terms of size and decor. Initially, we were given a tiny white box room 502, which is allegedly one of the suites. Luckily, this was changed to a different room, which is shown on their website as a suite. The furniture is pretty old and decor needs upgrading. Housekeeping was hit and miss, we didn’t have any on the third night, even tho we left the room quite early. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and genuinely tried to help with the issues we had.

First Visit to Toulouse

Coffee for guests was the most expensive on our 10 week trip to Europe and not very good. Room was very hot - turned heat down and while we were gone for the day housekeeping turned it back up - thank goodness for the window. Great location. Nice parking. Clean room. Nice shower.

3 night business stay

Hotel is well-located, and as advertised. The free welcome drink was a nice touch. Front desk staff super helpful and friendly (thank you). Thought it was a little cheeky to charge for parking and on check out, I was asked to pay 35 Euros for a dinner I didn't have in the bar - not sure what happened there, but it was all resolved easily. Great staff - thank you.

Great, clean, helpful stay

A very nice hotel, helpful reception staff. Very clean room. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed. No bedbugs (I was there at a time that this was a big deal in the media). Breakfast was great with lots of delicious options. They offer bike hire and storage which I didn't use but is a nice touch

Nice hotel

Good place to stay for the night. Room had great dark control at night. Breakfast buffet was very nice, with fresh squeezed orange juice and a variety of local products to try.
