I was very well received by all the staff in the hotel. The building itself is not new but kept in optimal condition and the room is very clean. It is very near to the city center, ideal to get to everywhere in Toulouse.

The hotel is located in a very noisy area. In addition, there was graffiti at the entrance and a pack of people hanging out across the street partying in the middle of the day. I did not feel safe at all despite assurances from the staff (who were friendly and helpful). I was even going to change my train ticket to leave later in the day so I wouldn’t have to leave the hotel in the dark but alas all trains were fully booked. The bathroom had a shower but no shower curtain or glass partition. There was only a very thin sheet of light material covering the windows so there was light coming into the room all night. And the windows had no sound blocking so I could hear screaming and yelling all night long. It was close to impossible to sleep. Outside my hotel room door there was a small hallway which spelled disgusting. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

A good base for a short city break

My single room was small with only a small window, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet with effective air conditioning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The position is good, between the station and the centre and it is very close to an airport express bus stop.

Chambres petites mais bien équipées avec portant pour vêtements qui remplace avantageusement l'armoire qu'on utilise jamais pour une nuit. Pas de réassaortiment pour le petit déjeuner, donc en fin de service il manque des choses, un peu "cheap"pour le prix.

Basic comfortable room

The room was small and basic but comfortable and had everything you need for a short visit. The location was also fantastic. However, it was very noisy - you could hear the plumbing from other rooms whenever someone used the bathroom and when I was staying, I could hear every work spoken in the rooms next door to me - Luckily I am a deep sleeper and packed earplugs and would recommend other guests to bring some too.

Very friendly, accommodating staff, great central location, surprisingly quiet room (in an area surrounded by bars). The hotel and room need refurbishment and the room amenities a better attention to detail. The sliding shower door went off its rails, the fabric of the blinds was unraveling, etc. However, I would very much recommend the hotel for an overnight/weekend stay in Toulouse!

Neat little gem with plenty of charm

Check in was effortless, hotel receptionist was very helpful. The rooms were compact, but nicely decorated and clean. Not really right in the middle of everything, but it was a quick ten minute stroll to the main part of the city. Air conditioner worked wonders on a scorching Summer day, but no mini bar in the room, so plan your snacks accordingly.
