"Overall, my stay went pretty well. The staff was very accommodating, and they always have at least one English-speaking staff member present. The room was generally clean. There were a couple of stains present on the carpet, but my room was spotless besides that. One thing that I disliked was the fact that bath clothes weren't already present in the room. Instead, they're sold at the amenities station, albeit at a low cost. I didn't try their breakfast, but it did smell pretty good."

It’s also within walking distance from all the tourist destinations in Yokohama. It’s a great spot for pre-cruise accommodation if your embarkation is at Osanbashi. Communication with staff is prompt and courteous. Highly recommended for families with children or teens."
