"This hotel is literally in the heart of Chinatown and so dining options are endless. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Sauna area was enjoyable even for kids. Room itself (Superior Twin) was good although I didn’t understand why there was such a big step from the main space and the washroom. Full sized dining table and chairs was probably handy for some guests but takes up a fair bit of space and I wonder how many guests would use it given all the restaurants just steps away. The faucet in our room was loose - not a big deal to secure but surprising it was not flagged by the housekeeping team and repaired prior to our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a new hotel that is continuing to iron out some operational kinks."
