“2020/03/17 2박 예약이었습니다. 코로나바이러스유행으로 여행을 안하게되어서, 숙박예약 취소하고 환불을 요청하였습니다. 답변은 자기네는 취소환불 불가한 예약이하서, 손해는 가입한 보험사가 있으면 그쪽으로 연락을 하라더군요. 메일 3번보고 받은 이후에야, 받은 답변이 이랬습니다. Hotels.com 공지에 따르면, 03/20이후 예약분은 모두 취소환불 가능하다고 하네요 ”

“Wonderful hotel, walking distance from train station. Hotel decor is a bit eccentric, but very clean and updated. The staff is exceptional and will do anything to make your stay better. Breakfast is served with local produce from farms nearby and served on fine china with linen napkins. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. ”

“Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. Room was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The only downside for us was that we didn’t want a big meal in the evening and there was nowhere to just have a snack other than room service and on such a beautiful night we didn’t want to be stuck in our room so had no choice as the hotel is a bit out on a limb and you can’t walk into the city very easily. Other than that though we had a very pleasant stay. ”

“시설도 좋았고 친절하셨고 조식도 좋았습니다 다만 예외적인 더위때문에 에어컨이 없어서 약간은 더웠습니다. 모기가 있다는게 좀 힘들었는데 이쪽 지역 전체가 모두 그런것 같습니다 전반적으로 아주 좋았던 숙소였습니다”

“호텔식 침구, 번화가에서 아주 가까운데 숙소는 조용했고, 욕실은 리모델을 한듯 깨끗하고 신식이었음. 에어컨 있고, 냉장고는 작동이되지않았음. 프렌치식 아침식사 가격도 합리적이었고 아이들은 돈을 받지 않았음. 4층이옸는데 뚜르시내가 창 너머로 보임. 퀸사이즈 침대는 아주 넓었고 싱글베다 두개가 있어서 편안한 휴식이 가능. 아주 만족함.”

“Our second stay here as a stop over on our way to the Dordogne. A few minutes walk over the bridge to restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel is family run and feels like that in a nice way. Rooms are bright and modern with good showers. I also chose this hotel as being the closest to the centre of Tours but with a free gated private car park behind the hotel.”

“We had a great stay in the heart of Tours. The hotel is well located, surrounded by bars, restaurants and a Carrefour Express for shopping. We loved the style of the hotel and found the bed very comfy. The bathroom was very modern and everywhere was very clean. The staff were very friendly and had good tips and advice for us. They also helped us with the luggage which meant not having a lift wasn't a problem. ”
