“Floors were so dirty my 11month old would end up black by the end of the day. Came home with hundreds of bed bug bites. 2 bedroom apartment is actually just 2 hotel rooms next to each other with a joining entry room. Felt unsafe to leave my children in the other room on their own so my husband and I had to split up with each of our children. Bedding had a blood stain. Staff were friendly and accommodating”
