“Great all round”

“Good position. Could walk to town unlike those staying at cable beach. Good facilities with laundry and parking. Rooms were serviced daily and service staff very obliging. Our biggest issue was checking in. 4 of us, arrived at 2 different times by Uber from airport. Online info received did not inform us we had to check in at sister motel for the key and could not access gate onto site. Became an issue for later arrivals too as we had no mobile cover for australia so cost us to connect....

“A frying pan without a stovetop was strange.An extra shelf in the kitchen for groceries.would be helpful.Also an extra shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc..Otherwise the accommodation was 5 star.”

“We arrived before check in but Rachael could not have been more helpful giving us our accommodation as soon as it was available. She went above and beyond to give us helpful information. The resort has a lovely atmosphere with lush vegetation all around.”

“Thought restaurant and bar should have been open all afternoon and not from 12-2 / poolside area not cleaned regularly. Possibly under staffed. Reception staff were great.”

“located close to town this is very much a party hostel full of long term people living there and working . it is not a welcoming atmosphere. the room was pretty gross with 3 long term guests stuff absolutely everywhere - crusty pants etc.”
