"The property should have been renovated about 20 or 30 years ago. Minimal furniture. Minimal hangers. No luggage racks for luggage. Old and sometimes beat up furniture. Poor shower head. Questionable wash cloths. Minimal kitchen utensils and silverware. No chair to sit in upstairs."

"The staff was outstanding at the DoubleTree! We arrived 4 hours early, and the main desk staff person was able to get us in our room immediately! He also signed us up for Hilton Honors in which we received some great perks saving us money. Their restaurant Coconut Charlies was so good that we never ventured out to any other restaurants. My new favorite sandwich is their Hawaiian chicken sandwich! Unfortunately the weather was cool and windy most of the time we were there so we were unable to use the pool. Our balcony overlooking the ocean was a great place to sit and read which I did. We plan on going back to the Double Tree Beach Resort in North Redington Beach! "

"Ended up in an annex across the street (not on the beach) from the main property. Nothing was mentioned in the pre-book information about being placed in a building with no ice machine or other amenities and an elevator that stopped working requiring a climb to the third floor. Front desk attendant didn’t answer the phone at 8:30 PM, when we tried to call for info on hotel ice machines, requiring us to walk across the street to ask in person. Not a cheap hotel. Service could be better. Rooms were very nice, however, only a a single mirror in bathroom, with none others throughout the suite. "

"Clean room, quiet area, very convenient location. Check in process was a little odd, staff were okay. Front desk staff are only available until 10pm after that, you have to call a neighbor hotel for assistance. Water park was nice and very convenient but there is an additional charge. View from balcony was amazing. Room was very spacious and clean. Parking was easy until the garage was full and then you had to park on the street. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. "

"Would definitely stay again. Clean, old style Florida with friendly staff. Clean spotless room no funky odours, comfy sleep, maybe fluffier pillows… clean bathroom a little tight but it worked for two people. Maybe provide some coffee for first night stay, small kitchenette also spotless. Pool area super clean, towels chairs and chairs for the beach across the street. Really nice bbq area with table and chairs if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Thank you to Amanda in the office very pleasant check in and check out. "
