“Great to stay”

“Constantly had fresh towels at my door but no toilet paper or trash bags. I went and just bought my own. The water smelt. There was rarely parking. It was a struggle to get in and out of the parking lot and other guests were always coming out and helping one another try to manage to squeeze into the parking lot. People stood in their doorways smoking and my room smelt like smoke a lot. I wouldn't stay here again.”

“It was such a pleasure meeting Bill and Veda during our stay! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us a delicious breakfast each morning and even packing up extra fruit for us to take to the beach, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place itself is beautiful, cozy, and made us feel right at home. For our first visit to the Outer Banks, we truly couldn't have picked a better place to stay. “The rooms were quite small and parking was problematic.”

“Love. Love, loved our stay at Tranquil House Inn! Our room was quaint, very comfortable and perfectly located on the water. We had dinner in the 1587 Restaurant and it was fabulous. We would absolutely stay here again!”

There was a parking issue when we arrived cause others parked incorrectly and they were quick to get things fixed and had everything all set up for snacks and drinks. We stayed in Suite 4 and had perfect view of the beach and could be on the sand within minutes. The whole house is immaculate and everyone was so kind that we ran into who was also staying. 10/10 because I initially wanted to save some and get a hotel but so...
