This property is overpriced. It was close to the beach which was nice. We werenโt given the code to get into the front door, fortunately another guest shared it with us. The room number was confusing. NHB104 meant we were in room 4. Again, another guest helped us figure that out. We had to request the WiFi password by text but were given that promptly. The facility is old. The jets on the tub were very dirty. There was mold on the shower curtain. There was peeling paint on the wall. Room was spacious. It worked for an overnight stay but not in the best repair and not the cleanest. Way overpriced.
Iโve stay here twice. It is a perfect couples romantic getaway. Our only issue was our tv remote volume didnโt work properly. It was never fixed during our stay. Since there is no one on site at all times there is a possibility if something comes up they may not correct it in a timely manner.
We received a text message with the info on getting in our room, however it did not have the door code for the front door it took us 45 minutes to get up eith someone to let us in. The text also said itvwould give usbthe wifi password but itvwas blank. The Inn was clean but they should have a better system of communication.

Just wanted to say the stay this time has been less than stellar. The tub keeps filling in a weird color, the Jacuzzi doesn't work, the room was at 80 degrees, the TV can not be set up, some of the amenities were already opened, there are hairs on the bed and the toilet doesn't flush properly. We booked this room for a lot of money and this has been reported to hotels.com as well.

Did not stay had to cancel because of work schedule changed. Paid for reservation insurance was not reimbursed a scam.will never use expedia again
Brooks & Dawn took care of us over the weekend with a Multitude of Customer Services Second to None. We have been coming to Naggs Head Inn for the last 5-6 years and the Tradition will continue if their Services Remain the Same! We Love the Naggs Head Inn and their Staff and will be back next year. Our 1 complaint that doesnโt effect this Survey is Our Shower Curtain in Our Bathroom was a foot to short and the floors were very wet which we cleaned up every morning. Buy a Longer Shower Curtain next time. Thanks from Mike & Susan from Chesapeake Virginia. See You Next Year!!!

room was clean, however the shower curtain in the room didn't reach the floor, so the shower water kept getting out.
House keeping did not come to our room . We used the same towels two days in a row. I asked for more towels and did not get any help. The room was not cleaned while we were there, and no one on the premises to help you.
I asked to check in earlier as I was inside the property however I was told via phone that House keeping was still making rounds so I sat in the lobby waiting & no house keeping was in site. Overall, the place was nice.
Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Room was very clean.

The bathroom was very dirty hair on the walls tub dirty water wouldnโt go down shower curtain had mold on it dirt all long the edge of the bathroom not sweep I would not recommend this place Dirt on table u would eat off of. information and picture are deceiving
