Nice hotel with size-able room, and all the amenities you would want! Breakfast was great and helpful staff. Location is a bit out of the way and uber started to run up quite pricey around rush hour.
We just got back from our family vacation in Traverse City and had a blast! Upon arrival, the hotel SMELLS clean. I know it’s a newer hotel, but they accept animals and that’s a huge deal for me, the smell and cleanliness of a place. Room was neat, clean (little damage/scuffs here and there), lots of little knickknacks in the kitchenette area (and large fridge, dishwasher). Pool was AWESOME, especially having little ones! Breakfast was 8/10, pretty darn good. All in all, I would highly recommend and I hope this hotel stays this course as we will definitely be back!
Rooms are clean and well appointed just the right amount of space for a one night stay. Front desk staff was very friendly, professional, outgoing, and helpful. Breakfast left a little to be desired not that good cold food tasted kind of manufactured so did not enjoy that but other than that very clean, clean room felt very safe. A little loud on the side we were facing our room was facing Burlington Coat Factory. It was a little loud at night. It was from the traffic in the parking lot of surrounding businesses. But again it’s a fine hotel a little step up from some of the other budget, friendly hotels. Quite frankly, my husband and I were surprised and we stayed everywhere from the Ritz to the Fairmont, and we were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel, rather last minute for a one night stay with our small dog. We will definitely stay again.
The room was overall well laid out and they made the most of the space. Rooms were pretty clean but the shampoo and conditioner were completely out and shower had some grime, some dishes were put away dirty.
Room key / door lock had issues and wouldn’t let us in, but the manager helped us quickly. There was a gas leak we (and many other guests) could smell strongly throughout the hotel and in our room, especially in the pool room. We informed the manager and she had someone out right away.
Breakfast was your usual complimentary breakfast hotel foods. Had coffee available all through the day. Beds were ok. Place had an updated feel.
Not sure I’d come back, but overall it was not a bad place for the value and thankfully the manager was on each issue right away.
Great overall stay. Solid location, view, room, and parking. Pool room and gym were great too. Only complaint was the staff struggled to keep the coffee, milk, etc. going in the breakfast area despite it not being overly busy.
