"The room was clean, water in shower could have been hotter. I booked the room for 2 people but only one full set of towels were in the bathroom. We arrived around 1am. I had booked on Expedia several days before our arrival. I was confirmed for an accessible room. However the desk clerk gave me a room on 3rd floor until I showed him proof of my confirmed request. He then all of a sudden "had an accessible room" available. He was pleasant as we got things straightened out. The breakfast was ok. Would be nice to have eggs, hot oatmeal or grits added to the items avaliable. We have stayed here before and will do so again in the future."

"The hotel is in a safe location with easy access to the airport, restaurants, and shopping. We love the convenience of having a mini suite with a kitchen, dining table and sitting area. We also appreciated having a pool and pool table onsite, although we did not have time to enjoy them. The staff was very friendly. Our only issue was that for some reason our room did not get cleaned once during the three nights that we stayed there even though we requested a daily cleaning and were out of the room at least 10 hours each day. The woman at the front desk apologized and offered a free night stay. We would definitely stay there again. "
