The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable.”

“This is a versatile accommodation for business, pleasure, families. Set in a fantastic location at the bottom of penshaw monument. There are some many places within a short drive. If you don’t want to drive there is lots to do in the immediate surrounding area. A short walk and you are down by the river, where there is a great coffee shop or friendly pub. “I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at coalminers cottage. I felt the cottage was extremely clean and cosy, which was important for me as i grieve my Mam. I looked forward to returning from a busy day, to such a warm, comfortable space. Communication with Dylan was spot on. I will be back!!!”
