Special recognition to Mr. Erik, Ms. Lunary, Dennis, and Leo for their exceptional support. The Club Lounge, pool, gym, golf area, and dining options (notably Tim Ho Wan) were all high quality. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Breakfast was great overall with plenty of variety, though I wish there were more halal options available. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi."
