“We were greeted by very friendly staff & got checked in quickly. They gave us recommendation on where to go to eat since hotel’s restaurant was closed for private party. We ended up staying in room and having meal delivered from outside establishment. Room was spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Lighting was great. Awesome bathroom!! Amenities top notch! “Property was under renovation which was Not disclosed when booking, it was dirty, disorganized, smelly, and looked abandon from the outside. The room was dated, the shower floor was discolored and looked so dirty. The shower leaked water everywhere. ”

“When we arrived, it took a while to get the attention of an attendant because there was no one on the office or watching the front desk. One the attendant finally came, she said the room wasn't ready (check in time was 3:00, we got there around) 3:30 because they were repairing a hole in the wall. She asked if we could come back in half an hour. I had kids in the car that needed to use a bathroom (no lobby bathroom). So we had to walk to the gas station next door.
