"The room was not worth the price. The fixtures in the room were old, worn, and rusted, which made the stay feel outdated and poorly maintained. For the amount charged, I expected at least basic amenities, but nothing was included — not even complimentary coffee or breakfast. The service experience was also disappointing. Guests were not allowed to use a luggage cart to bring bags to and from the room, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the valet staff repeatedly pressured us to move our car while we were simply trying to load and unload our luggage. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost, and I would not stay here again."

"The building was nice. The valet staff and the staff in The Abalone restaurant were excellent. It was clear, however, that the front desk staff didn't really care and room service was more like ordering from door dash than hotel room service. One guy seemed like he was mad that he had to bring us our food at all. About the front desk: When we checked in, we weren't greeted, we weren't told where to go to get to the elevators, where to find our in room fridge or if we even had one, or really anything useful. When we checked out, we checked out early (see below for why). The front desk agent didn't even ask why or say much of anything. She seemed half asleep. Why we checked out a full day early: The air conditioner was so loud in the room that it drowned out the sound of the ocean and we couldn't hear each other talk unless we were right next to each other. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Between those two things, we couldn't get a good night's sleep at all. So while the ocean view was great, and the valet and restaurant staff was amazing, we will not be staying here again, nor will we recommend it to anyone else."

"Todo muy perfecto para mi gusto pero si no me gustó la poca presión en la ducha y el precio que dan no hablan de el cargo adicional por estacionamiento cuando eres huésped, la cena abren muy tarde a las 5 muchos de los huéspedes me los encontré en donde fuimos a comer y por lo mismo teníamos hambre y la cena es tarde ya a las 2 muchos queremos comer. A pesar, regresaría pero iría más preparado."

"I stayed at this hotel for a total of 10 days. Originally for 6 nights and it was wonderful. I enjoyed it so much I decided to stay another 4 days. The property is well maintained the hot tub and pool were well kept. Ocean view is amazing. Most of the staff were friendly especially Scooter who maintained the free morning breakfast which was better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. The night staff were wonderful especially Saad and Christy, they greeted me every time I saw them which made me feel welcome and at home. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating was on the last day I stayed they were scheduled for a fire alarm check at the hotel and they didn’t warn us until late the night before. (they put a note on the door).Due to medical reasons I had to leave the hotel for approximately 4 hours while they conducted the test. Earlier notice would have allowed me to find other accommodations and a lot less stress."
